About

As a UX designer, I have a deep appreciation for user-centric design, but I also have a passion for graphic design that I love to explore. My graphic design work showcases a variety of styles and themes, from fantastical landscapes to intricate illustrations. Using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, I bring my visions to life.

Fantasy Landscape

Why I created this piece:

This piece was created to evoke a sense of wonder and escape. The goal was to inspire imagination and a sense of adventure.

What tools did I use to create this piece:

This artwork was crafted using Adobe Photoshop for its advanced layering and blending capabilities. Various brushes and texture overlays were utilized to achieve the precise details of the moon and atmospheric effects.

Fantasy Landscape 2

Why I created this piece:

The inspiration behind this piece was to explore the captivating and surreal beauty under an extraordinary moon. The bright blue luminescent moon symbolizes magic and wonder creating a visually striking composition to captivate viewers.

What tools did I use to create this piece:

Similar to my previous landscape, Adobe Photoshop was used for its versatile tools. The use of Photoshop allowed for detailed manipulation of light and shadow, enhancing the overall composition.

Coffee Poster

Why I created this piece:

The color scheme for the coffee poster was chosen to evoke warmth, energy and sophistication, all of which are associated with the coffee drinking experience.

What tools did I use to create this piece:

I used Adobe Illustrator to create this piece. Illustrator is a powerful vector graphics editor that allowed me to create scalable illustrations, logos, typography and complex shapes.

YouTube Banner and Logo

Why I worked on this project:

I worked on this project because I was excited about the opportunity to collaborate with a popular video game streamer, DomTheBomb. His engaging content and dynamic personality inspired me to create a design that truly represents his brand. This project allowed me to showcase my skills in creating visually appealing and professional designs for the gaming community.

What tools did I use to create these designs:

To create the logo and banner for DomTheBomb, I used Adobe Photoshop. This powerful tool enabled me to craft detailed and high-quality graphics that align with his brand and audience.

Why I worked on this project:

I worked on this logo and banner to help my client create a unique and personal brand identity. The client wanted a logo and banner that reflected their personality by incorporating a stylized version of their face, similar to a Funko Pop figure, along with the letter "A" to represent their name. The challenge was to blend these elements into a cohesive and visually appealing design that could serve as a strong representation of their brand.

What tools did I use to create these designs:

To create the logo and banner, I used Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Photoshop was utilized for the initial concept sketch and refining the Funko face design and removing unwanted elements. Illustrator was employed to integrate the letter "A" and create vector elements that ensure the logo is scalable and retains quality across different mediums.

Dream Theater Concept Album

Why I worked on this project:

I created this concept album design as a passion project inspired by Dream Theater, one of my favorite bands. The idea was to imagine what a sequel to their iconic album "A Dramatic Turn of Events" might look like, translating the complex and emotional themes of their music into a visual narrative. This project allowed me to explore creative storytelling through album art while paying homage to the band's distinctive style.

What tools did I use to create these designs:

To bring this concept album to life, I used Adobe Photoshop for photo manipulation, layering and creating the overall composition. Illustrator was also used to design and refine vector elements, such as the band's logo. These tools enabled me to create a design that is both intricate and aligned with the progressive rock aesthetic of Dream Theater.

Mystic Tower

Why I worked on this project:

I wanted to challenge myself creatively by exploring a blend of fantasy and eerie aesthetics. I was inspired to create something that captures a slightly creepy mood while still maintaining an ethereal, dreamlike atmosphere. The idea of a mystic tower rising above the clouds came to me as the perfect subject to experiment with atmospheric effects, like haze and lighting, which enhance the sense of mystery. This project also allowed me to refine my skills in digital painting, visual composition, and mood setting, all of which are integral to crafting immersive designs. It’s a piece that pushes the boundaries of both fantasy art and seasonal design, combining the two in a way that feels fresh and exciting.

What tools did I use to create these designs:

I primarily used Adobe Photoshop to bring the mystic tower design to life. Photoshop’s powerful tools for creating custom brushes and textures allowed me to achieve the hazy, cloud-like effect surrounding the tower. I utilized multiple layers to build depth and create the illusion of the tower being suspended above the clouds. Additionally, blending modes and opacity adjustments helped me fine-tune the eerie, glowing atmosphere around the structure. For color correction and lighting, I used Photoshop’s adjustment layers to achieve the spooky, yet magical mood I envisioned.

By leveraging these tools, I was able to create a cohesive piece that captures both the fantasy and slightly creepy essence I was aiming for.
